Pick a lender with a brain. They are not ATMs and MANY things go wrong. Multiple times I have had buyers use LendingTree.com and been left with major problems toward closing.

Lending tree "SUCKS" dick...... Waiting for three weeks to close and now they say the mortgage denied with 100,000 down. They hsve no money when will you people see this they are assholes and do unprofessional practices. DO NOT USE THEM....THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
